Equine-Assisted Therapy

Our therapy sessions use gentle, guided interactions with horses to help clients develop confidence, emotional awareness, and coping skills. Horses are naturally sensitive to emotions, providing feedback that helps people understand themselves better. This approach is safe for all ages and doesn’t require any riding experience
