About Inger-Ann

Inger-Ann provides a safe, calm space to work alongside adults, adolescents, and children. She is a registered counsellor (NZAC Provisional) and holds a Bachelor of Applied Counselling degree, with additional training in play-based therapy for tamariki.
Working from a person-centered framework, Inger-Ann believes you are the expert in your own life. She tailors her approach to meet you where you are, supporting clients to build self-esteem, develop healthy coping strategies, and manage anxiety, depression, and life's stresses in ways that feel sustainable and authentic. She has experience supporting people affected by family harm. Inger-Ann works in a trauma-informed manner, using talk therapy and other therapeutic modalities suited to each person's unique needs.

Adult Counselling
We provide a safe, supportive space for adults to explore challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or life transitions. Our goal is to help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Sessions are confidential and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Child Counselling
We provide a safe and supportive space for children aged 3–12 to explore their feelings, work through challenges, and develop healthy coping skills. Sessions are tailored to each child’s age and needs, supporting emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience through gentle, child-focused approaches.

Youth Counselling
We provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for young people aged 12–18 to explore their thoughts and feelings, navigate challenges, and develop practical coping strategies. Sessions are tailored to each young person, supporting emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience in a way that feels age-appropriate and empowering.
